The property is located in northern Sweden, on the border between Sundsvall and Ånge municipality, but on Ånges side. Climate here is perfect for activities like web halls, cloud services, etc. Further north it gets too cold and you get more energy for heating instead. Ånge is one of the few EU-supported areas in Sweden. This means quite a lot for investments in energy-intensive activities like web halls. Of course it is also very beneficial to add a factory here. The property has 3 x 850 kVA transformers. Nearby there are also two power plants, 5 km and 30 km away. Several wind power projects in the municipality are also under way. The property is on 14 hectares of land with 13720 m2 of buildings, of which 9000 m2 consists of industrial, workshop and warehouses currently used as storage of caravans, boats etc. The entire facility is a large complex consisting of factory premises, housing for about 100 people , restaurant, gym, soccer field, etc. In other words, there is room for growth. In the free time during winter, you have several sledding booths to choose from distances from 20km to 60km, including the famous Hassela ski resort. Of course there are also a lot of other activities like ice fishing, snowmobiling and you may see the northern lights in the evening.
